Hopper Magnet

A hopper magnet, also known as a magnetic grate separator or magnetic housing, is a type of magnetic separator used in material handling and processing industries to remove ferrous contaminants from free-flowing granular or powdered materials. It is installed in the discharge hopper or chutes of equipment such as grain bins, silos, feeders, and conveyor systems, where the material flows through the magnetic housing, and the ferrous contaminants are captured on the magnetic tubes or grates inside.
